Terms and Conditions for Personalized Services

By submitting a request for personalized services at Bon Vivant Chateau, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Requests

1.1 All personalized service requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance to ensure proper arrangements.
1.2 Requests are subject to availability and confirmation by Bon Vivant Chateau.

2. Payment and Fees

2.1 A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm certain services, depending on the type of request.
2.2 Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, cash, or online payment.
2.3 Any additional fees or charges (e.g., extended hours, special requests) will be communicated to you before confirmation.

3. Cancellations and Changes

3.1 Cancellations or changes to requested services must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
3.2 Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
3.3 Changes to services are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

4. Chef Services

4.1 All dietary preferences, allergies, and specific requests must be disclosed when submitting a chef service request.
4.2 Service Cost: The base cost for chef services covers standard meal preparation for the specified number of guests. Any special requests, premium ingredients, or additional services may incur extra charges.
4.3 Alcoholic beverages are not included unless specified and agreed upon in advance.
4.4 Guests will be provided with a detailed cost estimate before confirming the service. Any additional costs incurred during the service will be communicated and added to the final bill.

5. Massage Services

5.1 Guests must disclose any medical conditions or preferences before booking a massage service.
5.2 Bon Vivant Chateau reserves the right to refuse service if a disclosed condition may compromise guest safety or the quality of the service.
5.3 Requests for a specific gender of the therapist will be accommodated where possible but are not guaranteed.
5.4 Massage services are subject to therapist availability and confirmation.

6. Taxi Services

6.1 Guests are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off locations, as well as preferred times.
6.2 Additional requests (e.g., child seats, special accessibility needs) must be disclosed in the service request form.
6.3 Cost Estimate: The service cost will be based on the distance, number of passengers, and additional requests. Any changes to the agreed-upon service may result in additional charges.
6.4 Return trips are treated as separate services unless specified at the time of booking.

7. Flexibility and Scheduling

7.1 If your preferred dates or times are flexible, Bon Vivant Chateau will make every effort to accommodate your requests.
7.2 Any changes due to scheduling conflicts will be communicated promptly.

8. Liability

8.1 Bon Vivant Chateau is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by third-party service providers, unforeseen circumstances, or events outside of its control.
8.2 Guests assume all responsibility for providing accurate information in the request form.

9. Privacy

9.1 All personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of arranging requested services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Acceptance of Terms

10.1 By submitting the personalized services form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
