At Bon Vivant, we offer the perfect setting for intimate gatherings, whether you're celebrating a special birthday, hosting a serene retreat, or planning a private event with close friends. Our space is designed to comfortably host up to 15 adults, ensuring your event remains private and stress-free. From breathtaking views to top-tier amenities, Bon Vivant is your destination for unforgettable moments with those who matter most.
By booking Bon Vivant, the event organizer, agrees to abide by the terms and conditions and honor the house rules. The event organizer understands that the booking is not confirmed until a deposit is made and that full payment is due 7 days prior to the event.
1. Event Capacity
Bon Vivant can accommodate a maximum of 15 adult guests per event. This is strictly enforced for the comfort and safety of all attendees.
2. Event Types
We host retreats, birthday celebrations, and other intimate events. For events outside this scope, please contact us to discuss suitability.
3. Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a signed booking form and a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
In the event of cancellation by the organizer, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will be charged in full. Date changes are subject to availability and must be made at least 14 days before the original booking date.
5. Event Duration
The duration of your event can be tailored to your specific needs. We are flexible and open to discussions on timing, ensuring your event fits seamlessly into your schedule. Please contact us in advance to agree on the event timeline and any potential adjustments.
6. Guest Conduct
The event organizer is responsible for ensuring that all guests behave responsibly. Bon Vivant reserves the right to terminate any event due to inappropriate behavior or breach of house rules.
7. Food and Beverage
All catering must be approved in advance by Bon Vivant. We offer in-house catering options upon request. Outside caterers may be allowed but will require prior approval.
8. Decorations
Decorations must be pre-approved by Bon Vivant management and must not cause damage to the property. No confetti, glitter, or open flames are allowed. All decorations must be removed by the event organizer at the end of the event.
9. Clean-Up and Breakdown
The event organizer is responsible for the clean-up and breakdown of the event space after the event. All decorations and equipment must be removed, and the venue must be left in the condition in which it was found. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.
10. Tables, Chairs, and Special Equipment
The event organizer is responsible for providing any tables, chairs, and special equipment required for the event. Alternatively, after discussion with Bon Vivant, these can be provided at an additional cost.
11. Damages and Liability
The event organizer will be responsible for any damages caused to Bon Vivant’s property during the event. A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after the event, provided no damages occur.
12. Music and Noise Levels
We aim to accommodate your preferences for music and entertainment. Please coordinate with Bon Vivant management to ensure the noise levels are suitable for the nature of your event while respecting the environment and neighboring properties. Flexibility is offered, but any loud activities must be discussed and approved in advance.

Outdoor events may be affected by weather. Bon Vivant will not be held responsible for weather-related cancellations or changes but will work to accommodate guests as best as possible.
